Elder Scrolls V
So the guys at Bethesda let it slip a few months ago that Elder Scrolls V was in the works for 2010, and a friend said he read a possible release in 2009... I'm looking for the article, but I'm friggin' STOKED about a new Elder Scrolls game coming out in the next 12-18 months!!!

I think they can learn a lot with the successes and failures of their previous landmark releases like Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3 and make ESV an absolute KICK ASS game!

Ya, bought this piece to play on my down-time. It has frozen twice on the loading scene after I've fallen of the mountains. Also, noticed that it gets rather laggy (texture wise) on the ps3 as well.

Looked it up online and it looks like PS3 has the biggest issue when it comes to this game. Apparently a patch is supposed to be released this week that improves "long term playability".

I rented the game from Redbox in hopes that I could play it for the next couple of days to get a feel for it. It looks like I'll be returning this shit and then I'll buy it after Christmas.

just had my first 'sort of' crash last night

went to blacksmith to sell a ton of stuff and i guess selling all that crap at once sort of bugged it out. It didn't completely quit, i just lost control of my character and the camera starting bugging out. Couldn't save either.

Only one crash on PS3 for me -- constant framerate issues are coming up now that I've put a good many hours into this character.

I've got my new character up to level 9. Focusing on magic at first, got the dual offensive spell thing going. Hit the mage's college first, after that it's off to join the Dark Brotherhood.
