Chiefs This Week Will Be Chief's Biggest Test Until Week 10 Bye

Can the Chiefs start out going 9-0? Its very possible IF they can get by Tennessee this week. The only away games before the bye are at Tenn and at Buffalo week 9. Next 3 game after Tenn are at home (one of them vs Texans is tough one for sure) but all things considered the toughest challange should come this week against a tough Tenn team. The one advantage is that they are operating with a starting QB who has only had 3 days of practice reps with the team...but still our biggest challenge before week 11 in Denver may well be this sunday

Try one week at a time. There is going to be a game where the Chiefs are going to come out flat, and they are going to get beat. It happens to every team every year. The Chiefs know that better than anyone.

15-1?

This is all silly talk honestly. It would be great to go into the Broncos game undefeated, but its not realistic and probably isn't going to happen.

This or the Buffalo game....Buffalo game is on the road, and we have not played well up there at all for a long time. Not saying it can't be done, but it will be a challenge on the road.

Every game is a test, honestly.

After this week, home against the Raiders. Never take a divisional game lightly. Our games with them are always close.

Texans---lots of talent on both sides of the ball.

Browns--physical team, lots of confidence, us vs. world mentality.

Bills--young team, lots of athleticism, on road, never play well there.

True..I agree with one week at a time. Especially THIS one on the road against a tough 3-1 Titans team with a strong defense. We need to stop Johnson. Their coach says they must re-establish the run. We stop Johnson it helps our chances quite a bit. I'll be happy with 5-0 for now ;-)

Exactly. Im many ways THIS Titans team looks a LOT like the Chiefs and even more so with Fitz at QB rather than Locker...Fitz can throw the ball, BUT is much more of a threat to take off and run with it like Alex Smith. If everything else is equal, I'd rather face a QB who stands in the pocket rather than one who can make you pay with his legs if it breaks down.

This should be a good game!

I was just thinking that. We ALWAYS seem to lose to Buffalo. Honestely the next 3 games are all tough. We shouldn't take the TEXANS lightly - they're going through a funk right now with Schaub, but that roster is one of the most talented in the league and they can play with anyone when they're on.

Just look at what they did to the Seahawks in the first half of last week's game. If they had played a full game they would've demolished them.
