The point is not that it's 1 game.

The point is that it's the same game on defense as from the last 3 years.

I saw nothing that showed me it's gunna be much different.

I've always felt that you either win the whole thing, or you win nothing.

And this D isn't good enough to win the whole thing.

I know it reeks of us all prematurely denouncing the Chiefs season after only one game...but most if not all of us are hardcore fans who know full well what the problems are on this team, knowing they are far from fixed, what the schedule is, how an injury to Priest (surely looking like our only true weapon) could spell certain death, and basically what lies in store with this team mentally with NO PLAYMAKING LEADER on the defence.

The defense looked a little better but they bit everytime for the bootleg, guarantee they dont do that stupid shit all game we hold them to 24 and win, the bootleg plays are the ones we totally looked lost on.

Holliday still sucks badly....check

Instead of throwing in the towel, I fully believe this defense will get better as the season progresses.

Last year, we reached our peak to early. This year, things are looking up.

Consider me disappointed over this heartbreaker, but still plenty optimistic.

The coaching staff has a lot of problems to fix, or its gonna be a very long sad season.
I just can't believe we played this bad.
I was telling my buddies at work that "the broncos would let us know what our weakness are"
Boy, did they do that!

Clearly our defense didn't look any better than last year's, but it's 1 friggin' game. There's 15 more.
