Ryan Succop. 10 for 12 this year, and one of them was blocked.

Akeem Jordan. Quietly beasting at the other ILB spot. Does not own any guns, either.

Tyson Jackson. No one can run on us. This is a Super Bowl caliber run defense and he's a key cog.

Quentin Demps. Two INT, and I think he's going to put Kendrick Lewis on the bench by the end of the year.

As for Alex Smith, his efficiency has dropped off in the last couple of games, and I like it.

It's pretty clear he and the receivers are not yet fully on the same page, but even with the lack of scoring output, there's progress.

The lack of dynamic playmakers at the WR position is glaringly obvious. Is there another team in the NFL that's as bad as the Chiefs on the perimeter?

And as a Bowe supporter, he's really losing me. He just doesn't play hard for 60 minutes.

It seems as if we've got guys getting open downfield more now as we seem to be getting wrs in more of a vertical type route running. I like seeing Avery and Jenkins in some of those with their speed.

Like milk said, it seems to be improving as the season wears on.

Jenkins is garbage and while Avery is a nice player, he's not a Dez Bryant/Demaryious Thomas/Johnson/Johnson/Fitzgerald type of beast.

Smiff was good today. 85 yards on two consecutive pass plays is outstanding in the NFL.

He also had a head scratcher pass or three today. But Smiff led this team to a win.
