Off Season Lets Talk Guns

Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.

Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon?

Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware?

75 round Drums

I have done business with these people, No Problems
I was able to get 15 thirty round mags for the AK before all hell broke loose at a great price. I think I would shy away from that 75 round drum for the AK, I guess those things jam like a SOB.

I have been on Delay for close to 6 hours today.

Sitting at the house waiting for the gun store to call me when I am cleared.

Can't wait to drive down and pick up the new .45.

Thanks.

I already broke it down and reassembled it twice at the gun store while waiting for my stuff to clear.

This will be my very first 1911.

Pretty excited about it.

my eyes are on a plinker .22 rifle.
SW M&P 15-22
HK MP5 22

I like that the charging handles are realistic from the normal 10/22 types

anyone ever shoot either of them?

My nephew has an M&P Performance Center 15-22. It's nice, but you will have a "WTF" moment when you pull the charging handle and it only moves an inch.

After shooting 1000's of 5.56 rounds, I just about ripped the charge handle out of his 15-22.

Can someone tell me what a reasonable cpr is for 7.62x39. I mean... cost pre-craze. I'm finding some at 40cpr and have no idea if that is expensive or cheap. LOL
