Round 1, Heat 15: Miss Chiefsplanet USA Tournament.

If these women were battleships, two of them would have tragic ends. Fortunately, they are not battleships, but rather are those sleek racing boats that occasionally fly out of the water and break into a million pieces, but mostly they're just really fast and cool looking.

Miss Maine
Miss Pennsylvania
Miss Arizona

She's reasonably cute in a Sears catalog model next door kind of way.

More perplexing is the lack of love for Miss Pennsylvania. None of these are world-beaters, but I thought Pennsylvania was an easy #1.

Miss Pennsylvania could help herself a lot if she could find a way to be happy instead of looking like she's got better things to do with her time than standing in front of a camera.

You just appear to have horrible taste. As previously conjectured, perhaps you would be an outstanding wingman.

Maine is the weakest of the lot. Arizona is the clear winner, and Pennsylvania, while not really deserving of advancement, got my second vote out of sheer disbelief regarding those picking Maine.

I like to think that she's really smart and recognizes how ludicrous it is to gain fame by standing in front of a camera in a swimsuit. You can see in her eyes that she's hoping to be done soon so she can go develop clean water sources in the third world.

It should be, and not just because of her potential solution to third world waterborne diseases. She's also the best looking.

Your taste in women doesn't seem to have all that much overlap with mine. That's played out over a lot of the heats. If I ever go back to the club scene, I think I'll want to bring you and Omaha.

And y'know, that's actually a good thing. We're natural allies on the singles circuit if my wife ever runs off with one of those British movie stars she seems to like so much.
