Off Season Lets Talk Guns
Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.


Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon?



Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware?

Cool man. Is 5.56 ammo hard to find out there?

I was at Walmart last week and they had a DPMS Panther for $587. Pondered it and went back after an hour and it was sold.

Yes it is. Although I have a desire to add OD green accessories. We will see. I've kinda looked at options in the past but not seriously since I didn't have the rifle. I'm about to dig deep into it now and decide on what I like, or what I think I will like until I find something else.

EVERYTHING is hard to find. I bought a rifle with no ammo today. Guy said people figured out he gets his bulk shipments on Friday morning and they line up at the door and buy him out with in an hour or two of opening.

In the first photo I had added the quad rail, pistol grip and front pistol grip flashlight holder. I thought it was the shit. The only mod left from then to now is the pistol grip, although I still have the flashlight. New are the flash hider, gas block, free float shroud, Grippod grip/bipod, ACOG scope, trigger, trigger guard, charging handle, battery assist device, dust cover, sling attachment and stock. Hard to believe it's the same rifle.
