I was quite agitated that while watching ESPN's NFL Primetime, the game of the day was like the 9th one they broke down. Ninth! They showed every game played at 1:00 before the Chiefs game. Now some might say that they were dangling the carrot before horse, trying to get viewers to watch most of the show to see the highlights of the best game of the day and biggest upset of the season. But I say it was a combination of this, and the fact that on their pregame show a poll was taken on who would beat the Rams first and the Chiefs finished like 4th or something behind Minnesota, Tampa Bay, and NOBODY! You would think that a win that a large majority of your viewers hadn't expected would get top billing. It seems like every week the Rams lead off the show when they are winning, but when Cinderella isn't throwing 90 yard touchdown passes it is too boring to show first so lets show highlights of Philly and Chicago to get the juices going.

Not that all of this really matters, let em diss us and we'll show em in the end, but I was seriously pissed!

DJ-I don't really care what order they show the matchups in, I was however suprised that FOX didn't send Madden/Summeral to do the game though. Not that they are the best but they carry the prestige with them. I guess I was torqued because I thought the state of Mo. deserved more hype for the matchup.

They always show the marque game last because it keeps you tuned in. If they showed Browns & Bengals highlights last would YOU watch to the end?

I know exactly what you're talking about djay, when the Rams when they are the first game shown every week, and the chiefs are always at the end no matter what happens. You should go check out TJ's Take at espn.com, he says absolutely nothing about the chiefs and he doesn't even rank them in his top ten! What the **** is that? That's ok though I like the Chiefs better as the underdog, they always seem to win that way.

First of all it's spelled sarcasm, and second you need to look it up in a dictionary because I don't see any sarcasm in any of your posts in this thread. Someone already pointed out that the Chiefs weren't the underdogs in the Colts game, so I guess I'll reserve from calling you a ****ing moron this time. Also by underdogs I meant no one in the media giving them a chance, kind of like the 49ers game a couple of years ago a game the Chiefs also dominated from start to finish.

chiefsfan (lurker)-Frankly I know how to spell sarcasm, it was a typo, I also know how to spell @sshole , you may want to check your keyboard, it must be malfunctioning, it is making you sound like one. If you weren't a Jr. member around here you would know that I was making fun of myself.

Still mad about the Indy playoff game.

It did get the "big top" intro, more than any other game. Don't worry, everyone knows 54 points against the SB Champs sporting a 6-0 record is huge.

That call on Hicks was BOGUS!
