According to the Moore County Jail, Hardy was busted this afternoon by the North Carolina State Highway Patrol and released around 7:00 PM ET.

Hardy is currently part of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, but made his name in the WWE.

UPDATE

According to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, a trooper discovered Hardy after his 2009 Corvette ran off the road and struck a tree. Hardy was by himself at the time and did not suffer any injuries.

The trooper observed signs of impairment and arrested Hardy. He was charged with DWI and the trooper found no other contraband in the vehicle. Hardy submitted to a blood test, the results are pending

1: That Matt Hardy mugshot is frickin' hilarious.

2: As much as I'd love to see Punk go over tonight, there's no way they let him go 3-0 against The Golden Boy IMO. Hope I'm wrong, guess we'll find out in a bit.

3: Trips just pulled a Teddy Long. 2 guys in the ring, come out, take up some time, announce a match between the 2. Not exactly groundbreaking....

4: Seems pretty obvious that they're not sold on Del Rio's mic skills, considering he got about 3 words in during that whole 15 minute segment.


Interested to see what else happens tonight.

Punk doesn't seem to be totally on top of his promo game tonight, but these segments have been intense. Punk vs. HHH needs to happen at WrestleMania. So far so good on the build, just hope they keep it going and don't waste it on a lower tier PPV.
