Eh, whatever - sounds like he's getting fairly defensive to me, especially when asked about recruits, but that's just me.

When was Jordan Webb a Heisman candidate?

He has some good games to start the season but then was pretty bad.

I am a bit concerned about back-up though after Crist. Someone may need to step up with no Webb/Berglund...

I guessing that, based on his later comments, that Webb (and maybe Berglund? Don't follow KU football all that closely) was the guy being given a chance to catch on somewhere else? I'm sure he was real happy with the 2 guys coming in and basically being handed the #1 and #2 jobs...

Weis is burning alot of local recruiting bridges that will be needed when he is gone. Pretty shitty way to treat Jordan Webb.

I've heard that the Kansas City coaches hate Grunny because they feel like he recruited kids away from them. Of course, every private school gets accused of that, so I don't know if it's true.
