With our players, what do you all think is the ideal defensive scheme?

Ok guys, this is my first official thread so I'll keep it basic. I wanted to see what you all think would be the best defensive scheme considering only our current player roster. I know a good deal about football, but a defensive coordinator job is unfortunately not in my future Also if this thread is in the wrong place let me know so that I can flagellate myself.

I'm not disagreeing with you...the next D coach will look pretty darn good compared to the former when all you have to do is be better than last place. lol. I think Gun will do alright.

Yes, because anything over 20....then you're talking arena league football!

So if we switch to the 3-4 what kind of players would we need to add through free agency or draft?

The scheme that involves getting rid of the craptastic LB's and DL we have, and actually aquirring NFL caliber players would be the best bet IMHO.
