You'll have to forgive me if I don't add up the head to head numbers for the past century. I'll get you started, though.

Over the past 5 years, Mizzou leads in all sports other than track and basketball (which is the original statement that you jumped on) by a combined 97.5-45.5.

If you want to account for all sports, Mizzou still dominates, just not quite at a 68% clip.

Baseball update. Mizzou appeared to score a run to take a 5-0 lead, but the ump blew the call and said that the runner missed the plate, calling him out on the after-the-fact tag. The call was shown to be incorrect.

I'll stick with my figures. Kansas, in revenue sports of football & basketball, has had a pretty good run versus Missouri. If that means Kansas has had to sacrifice women's golf and tennis in the process, I'll learn to live with myself.
