McLemore is a good enough shooter that he'll stay in the NBA as long as he wants to stay in the NBA, even if he never develops any other part of his game from this point forward. And if he's going to be the #1 overall pick in the draft in 2013 (and all indications are that he is), returning to college would be lunacy for him. He can't even advance his draft stock and it would likely fall behind more acclaimed prospects like Wiggins. There's nothing left for him at KU but the risk of an career and earning derailing injury.

He should stay, but he's not. He's gonna make bank no matter where he's picked if he's legit so that doesn't matter. But yes, he's gone.
