I find the discussions in baseball about the 3 individuals you listed as ridiculous for two reasons.

1: Baseball was on greenies, aka Amphetamines, as early as the 50's. Before that it was on alcohol

Steroids can help in the healing process, but the aiding of protein synthesis in the body after you've torn the muscle down after a workout is the most desired effect. Thus enlarging the muscle and making it stronger.

It depends on the steroid, yes. Some(Superdrol) will pack on 20 lbs of bodyweight and 40lbs on your bench in 3 weeks, some take longer. So yes, when someone off PED's hits a ball 380 feet while on PED's the ball will travel much further and have a greater velocity off the bad.
Can I take steroids and go hit MLB pitching? No. Can a MLB hitter double or triple their avg homerun output while taking steroids, yes. Can a sprinter taking tenths of seconds of their 100 time? Yes. Can a long jumper jump further? Yes.

Do they work magically? No. You need to actually workout and eat propertly to maximize their benefits. The idea that PED abusers are lazy is just stupid.

Look man, I own a gym and have been a weight room rat for 20 years. There is nothing wrong with using the stuff for rec use IMO, but to act like it doesn't increase performance or provide a substantial advantage is just ignorant.

4th..delay as long as you can on the test.

Can't tell if serious..... run in black trash bags? Sounds so... extreme. I just turned 60. Might just over-amp & pop from overheating if I did that. Maybe just a stationary rower or something?

Obviously do what you're comfortable with, but it's something I 've...err seen done in the past.

You'd have to take the drug test and pass it before you gave your two weeks notice..I would think.

Look for a pill cleaner...you can find them at head shops and at GNC type places.

You need to flush your system but you don't want your system so clean it looks like you purged. Hench the cranberry juice. Use other juices too...all with lots a of water. Eat many small meals. Kick the metabolism into a higher gear.

Maybe. The reality is in a playoff game last year Doom and Von couldn't get to Flacco which exposed our secondary that wasn't used to covering for that long.
