Guys all signs are pointing in us taking Geno. Geno haters learn to accept it.
When we take Geno, there's a huge, HUGE "suck it" thread coming down the pike by yours truly. The short-list of recipients has already been drawn.

Now there are only three teams really in on Geno. Chiefs, Eagles which I cant see, and the Bills.
Nah the Chiefs just went to every other prospects campus personally to work them out.

JFC this is going to go to the very end isn't it?

But we're better! See last year we won 2 and now we will like 3 times as many this year! Not last baby! Actually I may use that as my sole reply to the truefan mediocrity lovers. It's no longer "Just win baby!" WIth the Chiefs it's "Don't be last baby!"

Get it through your skull.

I was repulsed by the Alex Smith trade. I abhorred it. It makes me ****ing sick that we're continuing to do the same strategy that led to this very same ****ing 2-14 season. Carl only ever traded for backups from other teams. He got fired, we hired Pioli, he did the same thing, and that led to 2-14.

Now we're going to try it AGAIN, only this time with one of the brightest QB minds in the NFL and a supposed genius talent evaluator from the Ron Wolf system.

Those two guys. All. Gone. To. ****ing. Waste.

It's going to take four more years for them to realize that Alex Smith sucks. It will take four more years after that for us to be in a good position to actually draft a QB worth a flying fartshit. And IF he works out, only THEN CAN WE START TRYING TO WIN A SUPER BOWL?

We're talking a 12 year plan.

So yes. Geno talk will continue. You can continue to bellyache about it. I'm glad you're satisfied with your dinosaur chicken nuggets and kool aid, but the adults here want something a little more filling and worthwhile. We want a real QB, and we want to stop being the reeruned franchise that makes it to the playoffs once every election cycle with very little chance, all because the only ****ing thing we can do on offense is run the goddamned ball.

Geno isn't gone yet. So I'm going to continue to talk about him. It looks grim, but I don't give a ****ing shit.

Get raped.

RunKC, aren't you getting a little sick and ****ing tired of being the team in the playoffs that NFL analysts only pick to win because they want to be the crazy and crafty one? Aren't you sick of having no chance or hope against the Ravens and Colts?

Aren't you sick of having people talk about our playoff game as, "Ravens are a great team because A, B, C.... X, Y, Z.... oh, and the Chiefs have a good RB. Ravens will probably win, though."

Guess what. That's what you got with the Alex Smith trade. En****ingjoy it. I hope you're happy that you narrowly escaped drafting that bust Geno Smith who will probably go rape faces and win a playoff game with some other team before the Chiefs win theirs with Alex Smith.

HOW LONG HAVE I WORKED IN THE NFL?

Good point. I guess I'm wrong. Thanks for setting me straight, guys. I don't have an NFL team, therefore dumbshits like Scott Pioli know more than I do. I should just do what Barryskoolaid says and . The only time I'm allowed to talk is if I want to make a mediocre podcast about the cool fans I meet at Arrowhead on gameday.

You don't need to work in the NFL to know what you need to succeed. You need a franchise QB and they come through the draft, usually via the 1st round.
