Cant recall ever seeing a thread on this topic so i thought it was time we had one... this thread is dedicated to military weaponry of any kind, from any era or nation.

There is a seemingly endless array of novel, fascinating, revolutionary or even ill-fated hardware out there so subject material shouldnt be a problem.

IIRC there are something like 190 F-22s, with only about 150 of those being flight ready at any given time... thats not really enough of them according to pretty much everything I've ever read

To drop the F-15, they would need to re-start production of the Raptor IMO... unless they think the F-35 can be just as good in an air to air/air supremacy role

The pilot shortage thing is hard to figure, you'd think there would be no shortage of people wanting to be glamorous flyboys

If the US is ever invaded, we will not follow the rules. Can't blind the enemy? Can't use cluster bombs?

The only thing I don't think we will do is use hospitals and schools as shields.
