I really only play RPGs with the occasional sports game thrown in.

I guess the exception is Deus Ex, even though it is sort of like an RPG.

I've been playing the shit out of Mass Effect 2. Glad I waited until it was $20. It makes the entertainment/cost ratio much higher.

It's more about the difficulty of the game itself, rather than your skill level. This game (and Demon's Souls) is ****ing tough (understatement).
Look up some videos if you have interest.

But I honestly think you'd have more fun with Flower.

Dark Souls is great. I like how there aren't "levels" like Demon Souls, it's basically an open world that is stitched together and there are "save points" in a way (bonfires).
