No way to know, its 3 days in dude. Use your brain.

You will find out something over the next 3 or so preseason games. Until then it is just a bunch of BS.

I wasn't really talking to Clay with that post.

I was talking to the people that share that opinion.

Albert and Hudson are the only two that played significant time on the Chiefs line last year.

Our left guard and center didn't play last year (apart from the couple games Hudson started)

Fisher is playing a new position.

That paired with the fact that we are gonna be going away from Zone blocking and that means that even returning players are learning new techniques and it should be expected for them to be struggling early in camp.

Give these guys time to gel (that may take a few games into the regular season) and they are gonna be an impressive unit.
This
Add to that (I realize this is going to sound pompous), the average fan has little idea the job an O lineman is expected to do on a lot of plays.for example, a few preseason a ago, it looked like Albert was getting beat a ton on the left side on pass blocking. "He was flat out missing 'his' guy!"
But watching it, it was clear that the line was (for whatever dumbass reason) going to full slide protection toward the right, leaving that rusher 1v1 with a TE or back. I'd be willing to bet (again, condescension here, I know) no more than 10-15 people on this site could describe/identify/notice slide vs man vs combo blocking in pass pro.
Maybe I'm wrong, but that's my impression of most posters... As well as reporters.

I'd like to see Stephenson play a bit more guard. Reid says you put the best 5 players on the starting offensive line, and I like far more what Don offers than Allen. Hell, even more than Asamoah potentially.

(You see that, frazod? When's the last time you had a football opinion like that? The ****ing Reagan administration?)

I remember the TC reports in 07.

Lots of people were raving about how the defense was ****ing monstrous and was kicking ass left and right (Napoleon Harris! Donnie Edwards! Tank Tyler!)

Turned out it was just the worst shit horrible OL we had perhaps ever had, and the D was no better than mediocre.

I think you meant Albert and Asamoah. Not Hudson
I was hoping to fix that before anyone noticed.

Thanks.

I think given our LBs, we've got a far more potent D than 2007's.

We'll be fine on D. It's got to be the offense's job to score points the way Reid claims they will. That's the way we're going to win football games if we are successful at all.

Yeah but that team was 4-3 and in first place ay one point. Probably the third best moment the last 10 years.

We are gonna have a stout front 7 if they stay healthy. Top ten kinda good...but the OL will take a little time to build cohesiveness.

Once this OL starts to click, it's gonna be one of the best lines in football.

OMG, I remember in 2003 when we had a great TC and destroyed people for 9 weeks straight.

You do realize not 1 single previous training camp has anything to do with this one right?

Of course you dont.
