I would never say someone who helped win a SB with mediocre talent is overrated...

I think you can call a QB who helped his team win a SB overrated when you consider he only had the last half of that season when he looked like he might be taking a step up.

However, he still may be a top 10 QB in the NFL, which doesn't necessarily mean that he's overrated.

It simply points to the dearth of talent at QB.

This list is fail. Cassel makes more money than Cutler and doesn't have half the arm.

Yes, this is basically a list of players who have signed deals in the last couple years. Fact is, contracts are just inflated right now.

Cassel's contract is front-loaded instead of back-loaded

he makes about 10 million per year average

is 10 million overpaid? hell yea ... but it puts him around 12-15 as far as QB's go(i think) which isn't crazy.

this is his make or break year

fyi i never thought the chiefs should of given Cassel a new contract his first season

Somewhere on here I read that he is the 3rd highest paid QB in the league. Not sure where the article is though. That should be good for #1 Overpaid. Cant complete a pass over 10 yards and Hail Mary's from the 34 yardline.

He IS, without a doubt, a Top Ten QB.

The writer is a ****ing idiot:

Would the Cowboys trade Tony Romo for Eli? No again.

I'd take Manning everyday of the week, month and year over Tony Romo. Romo's average at best and completely tanks in the playoffs.

I could see where this thread was headed without even clicking on the link.

He had better do something this year, or he will be in the unemployment line come next year.
