Good signing I think. He can be extremely effective if they let him rush the passer. Apparently he wasn't allowed to do that much in Atlanta last year.
Bohl and Pelini turned him loose at Nebraska and he was the type of player that can be a disrupting force to a offense.

He is an experienced linebacker who is still very young and who we believe will continue to ascend as a player for the Kansas City Chiefs. However, every signing has a cost and I am happy to advise that I will be raising parking by $1.00 to help defray the cost of this acquisition. It's really a savings of 50% because I wanted to raise the price $2.00, but Clark talked me into the $1.00 parking. Thank you and be sure to send in your season ticket money immediately."
That's funny, I need some humor(sp)

Falcons fans down here really liked him, said he was a guy they couldn't lose in FA. Probably a better signing than people around here seem to think.

Maybe if we signed him to the highest paid contract for a LB in league history we'd like him more?

He seems like a fast, explosive athlete. I'm pleased Herm is looking for those type of players. Or wait, is it Carl?

From Rotoworld:

"Let's hope he's not another Kendrell Bell. Williams is a rangy defender who has always racked up tackles, but there are questions about his toughness. He fits the Kansas City mold as a young defender with speed and should start right away."
