It amazes me how all this started with a guy who just wanted to make some cash for his family, and he just happened to be on a stake-out where he ran into an old student of his jumping out of a window.

I do miss the old show days where it was just Walt and Jesse cooking in the Winnebago. That episode where they almost die in the desert was probably the high point for me in this series.

These latest episodes are great, I just miss the old Jesse and Walt. Now Jesse is this emo whiny bitch who for some reason fell in love with Mike. Mike was a cold blooded murderer, not someone to befriend and emulate. Walt and Jesse wouldn't be in this mess if Walt would have just stayed with Gale and not brought the whiny ass Jesse into the operation under the laundry facility.

Now BB is like Scarface, the last act is just watching it all fall to pieces.

He has a conscience. That's actually sort of the point of the show, IMO. The balance of good vs. bad in everyone...especially Walt and Jesse.

It's easy for you to say just take the money and disappear because you haven't killed anyone as part of making/getting the money.

Yes. now....it wouldn't make good TV....but yes....I DO believe Walt would leave the kid alone. if there is any compassion left in his heart, it's for his family, and Jesse is a part of his family. he's shown before that he actually cares about the kid. which is the reason he gave him his money.

and....assuming Jesse never finds out Walt let his girl die and poisoned that kid.....I don't believe Jesse would ever rat him out anyways.
