And no. Tig's daughter was murdered because Tig killed pope's daughter after clay, and jax blamed clay being shot by black.

Chibs was in the IRA. He got kicked out, thats when Jimmy went crazy on his face and took his chick. He left SAMBEL for SAMCRO. Chibs was their main link to the IRA but I don't know that it's ever stated whether there was someone before Chibs.
