Cool trade a young up and coming player for a middle round pick, I can't wait till everyone bitches that the Chiefs give up 400 yards passing a game.

I also don't care how many flags he throws, or kneels or whatever, he's still not the giant waste of money Justin Houston is, he's not a pile of crap living off who he use to be like Derrick Johnson and Tamba Hali are. At this point he's the best first round pick they've had in what 7 years?

But lets just throw him out for nothing.

Haven't seen any games this season? We have one of the league's worst defenses even with Peters.

Not because of Peters' pass coverage.

O.K. What about a first round pick? But I doubt there would be any takers. Poe only signed a one year deal with Atlanta so I would hope the CHIEFS can bring him back next season.

NO corner is going to succeed with the 200 million + of front 7 players on this team who all suck dick. Let's not even mention the safeties are ass too.

But yea it's all Peters fault.

You aren't getting a 1 period, you're telling other teams you don't want him which kills his value. And Poe sucks dick too who would want him back?

That's clear regression.
Are you going to take a look at our pass rush and not see the brutally obvious regression there? Who's going to get picks when your DL puts no pressure. And having less tackles for a cb isn't always a bad thing, although I agree that he probably has less support tackles

But yea it's all Peters fault.
Peters committing multiple PI penalties in the redzone and end zone is 100% his fault. Peters failing to attempt to tackle runners is 100% his fault. Peters tantrums drawing penalties is 100% his fault, Peters going into the locker room and quiting on the team is again 100% his fault.

So yea Peters issues are his issues and 100% his fault.

And until you get ejected by a ref you don't leave the damn field.

Let him play next season. If it's another season of bullshit....then you let him walk. If it's another season like his first season....then you franchise him.

I'm not trading him away for ****ing peanuts. Especially considering that we have nothing opposite him in the defensive backfield.

You want to talk about underwhelming Houston has been, how badly Jones, Bailey, and Ford have regressed, how much of a waste of money Logan, DJ, and Hali have been, how utterly worthless Gaines, Murray, and Zombo have been, I'll be your huckleberry. In another thread. This discussion is about Marcus Peters and how he's regressed both mentally and from an effort standpoint compared to his stalwart rookie year.

I'm not seeing the problem here, I think I'm probably the #1 Peters hater around here, and I don't really see too much wrong with what he did.

Was it right? No. Was it a ticky-tack call? Yes. Would a respected team get called for that? No.

So as wrong as it was, he did it at the right time. We were already going to suffer a penalty, so it's not like the officials hadn't made up their minds that the opposition was going to be allowed to score. Yeah, I do believe that! So maybe what he's trying to do, but failed, is to raise awareness of how ticky-tack that call was.

It's no different than my desire to have Alex (or Mahomes) get into official's faces, draw a 15 yarder when it's going to be 4th and 10 from the opposition's 45 (and we aren't going to even try for 3, and not only giving the punter some room to work, but letting the officials, the NFL, and the viewing audience that we're not going to take it anymore, and while the action costs us 15, the talk will show how the officials (again) missed something they wouldn't miss if we were the Pats.

Next up, if we didn't have a cuck owner, might be a compilation of arbitrary and unbalanced calls. From missed holds (think last year's Pittsburgh game), to ticky-tack calls against us juxtaposed to calls called on us.

At some point you have to confront the league and demand justice. You can do it in private at first, but let them know "private" will stay private only if what's presented starts to change.

And for anybody who disagrees, I'd suggest that as we approach 48 years of not attending a SB, what would it hurt to try standing up to the league that appears to have favorites?
