But what I've seen hasn't impressed me. Again, I hope I'm wrong.

Ex-Eagle Jeremiah Trotter blasts Andy Reid as a coach

Eagles, though all indications are that he's close to becoming the next head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs.

Suffice to say, if former Eagles linebacker Jeremiah Trotter was advising the Chiefs (and why would he?), Kansas City might want to reconsider.

Here's what Trotter, who played seven seasons under Reid in Philadelphia, had to say during a roundtable on 97.5 FM The Fanatic radio station, via philly.com: "If it came down to both teams were even, talent-wise, I think the opponent's team would win if it came down to coaching. Andy Reid got out-coached in a lot of games, man, a lot of big games. Time outs, running the football, you know."

Trotter wasn't done there, either.

He added that Reid's in-game coaching decisions also indirectly affected games -- as in how it messed with the psyche of the defense and defensive coaches.

"As a defense, we understood we passed the ball too much," Trotter said. "You know, there's times we're sitting over there like, 'Man, listen. Just get us a couple of first downs so we can get a break.' And I'm sure it frustrated Jim Johnson also."

Trotter also rated Reid's coaching abilities on a scale of one to 10.

"On a scale of one to 10, 10 being great," Trotter said, "I give (Reid) a seven-and-a-half or eight as a coach."

In that case, never mind the Chiefs reconsidering. They definitely could use a "seven-and-a-half or eight" after the 2-14 season they just experienced.

You are entitled to your opinion. Its much better than the idiots who obviously just align themselves with the talking heads.

Never have i seen a future draft more impacted by the former years players. I honestly think if it wasn't for luck and the success of these rookie qbs, people would feel much more comfortable with taking either at number 1.

All ill say is ive watched enough of both to be impressed. I think particularly with Geno. I think the combine and perhaps senior bowl will only improve his stock.

There's qualities i like about him. Arm strength, accuracy, his IQ and his ability to read presnap defenses and audibling. Now he hasnt been good the past few games. I still think he's the best prospect. PROSPECT. I dont know how good he'll be. But we got to take best QB prospect. I also have been impressed with some of his articles about him

What's funny is Trotter was one of those many Eagles players who seemed to be a lot more successful in Philly than anywhere else. Jim Johnson surely had a lot to do with that, but still.

I have a feeling Wilson is going to emerge from the pack at the combine.

I do like Tyler Wilson but his concussion history scares me. Especially with no 1 overall

That pussy shit is annoying as hell and just plain ****ing dumb. If TEX would sew his vagina shut and spend his available free time actually WATCHING guys in the 2013 QB class, he would see that there are plenty of excellent starters available to a team. ESPECIALLY a team drafting at #1 overall.

There's no Luck or RGIII? Guess what? There hardly ever is. If these TEX morons would shut the hell up and see that actually in terms of history, this is a very strong class of QBs, maybe they wouldn't sound so stupid and pitiful.

But that's what this Chiefs franchise has done to a lot of good men. Turned them into vaginas. Ah well.
First off, I'm not trying to compare the 2012 draft class to any other prospects. That may turn out to be the best class since 1983 or maybe even the best class, ever.

Secondly, as I stated earlier, my viewing time has been limited this year. But every time I've watched Tennessee on CBS or WV on Fox, I've been unimpressed. I saw a bad Arkansas game in like September or October, so I'm far from an expert.

But unfortunately, I seem to turn on the TV at the wrong time. Maybe I should boycott the Combines.

Did anybody confirm who the actual QBs at the Senior Bowl are going to be? Was the list posted the other day official or a guess?

Will he participate in the Senior Bowl? That seems rather risky because if he has a bad game, his stock will surely plummet.

Trotter was not a big fan of this organization as a whole. I happen to be a huge fan of Trotter. He says what he feels. He's retired now so he doesn't have to be politically correct for the locker room.

There is no question Andy Reid is going to upset every poster here on this board at times. He will drive many of you out of your minds at times. There will be topics saying he should have never been hired, and there will be topics blasting him after games for his flaws. But at the end of the day, if he makes the Chiefs competitive, you'll appreciate him when you cool down and the anger subsides.
