Late night bullshit: anatomy of an unpopular franchise.

The 2012 and 2013 drafts have provided this team:

a nose tackle
two offensive tackles
a guard
a tight end
a two down linebacker
a backup running back

And that's just the first three rounds combined.

No dynamism. No passrushers. No dynamic receivers. No potential future QBs.

It's really, really hard to get excited about this. The past two drafts have been among the most forgettable in the past six or seven years, maybe more.

And while I understand it's possible that some of these players make our team better, they don't exactly make the team more fun to watch.

And... you know, the team being fun to watch is why we watch, is it not?

Dont worry we got our QB in Bray!!

I heard this exact same thing about Stanford Routt. How he wasn't a 1 corner but he will definitely be a productive second corner.

Yeah, Sean Smith is so good he gave up the most first downs out of anyone in the league. No corner in the NFL gave up more combined touchdowns and first down than Smith did, Robinson is also high on the list.

lol. Awww. Hate to tell you dumbass. Your qb, isnt much better, if at all better than Alex Smith. Hes a turnover machine with shit for an arm, that is getting weaker. By the way. Im a 49er fan, who made this account the day the trade was made. Sooooo, Colin Kaepernick is MY qb. Who in 10 starts, did something that your ****ing suck face bitch of a qb has yet to do. Win playoff games, and play in a super bowl......

So **** off........\

To your point. Whats amazing is how stupid you are. The Phins last year, had ZERO PASS RUSH. When you have no pass rush, your corners, no matter how good, (sean smith is average, hes not revis, or Sherman, but hes not complete dog shit) you are going to get toasted. Trust me, i watched Carlos Rogers get TOASTED FOR YEARS IN WASHINGTON. First year in san francisco? Pro bowler. You dont know shit. You are at best a band wagon Clippers fan, no one is a clippers fan, until just recently, so honestly, your opinion means less than dog shit to me.

how are you going to single me out in a post that was a reply to someone else? FAIL. No matter how cool your avi is to me. Just fail.

No pass rush, equals tons of yards given up. Stanford Routt, was also a victim of this. First your defense was on the field all game because your offense was so ****ing awful, then compound it that your pass rush wears down, from being on the field, lack luster safeties, and a passive defensive scheme of Romeo Crennell. Trust me, I KNOW, I WATCHED THAT DOUGHNUT EATING BASTARD FOR THREE YEARS WITH THE BROWNS, and you have a travesty.

You will see. It will be better this year.

It's amazing how quickly all you Alex Smith slurpers start deflecting and get defensive when simple stats and facts are brought up. Never mind the fact that these are also things that Alex Smith has yet to do.

Not only are you wrong, a Niners "fan" from Wisconsin who also just hopped on the Chiefs has no room to be flinging around the word "bandwagon."

Which is why a team with a bad defense and terrible OL won the superbowl.. defeating another team with a bad defense and OL.

Poe? Poe was not a bad pick and is on the right track -- he played way above expectations last year.

Nobody's doubting that. I think the Chiefs could have vacated all their draft picks and they would have a better team this year.

People are currently doubting if Smith + all the free agents + this draft class can instantly put the Chiefs back on the map, which appears to be what they're trying to do.
