If the Royals were the Chiefs, the umps would have called Colon out here due to extra players on the field - for the first and only time in the history of baseball. And the Royals go on to lose of course. Also Hos would have gotten injured in the 3rd inning.

The last time the Chiefs played a LEGITIMATE playoff game with an absolute shot at taking it all, I watched a bad decision by the head coach followed by a Tight End that could't keep his ****ing "superstar" feet in-bounds.

Much of what you say has some merit. However, far less teams have won playoff games in this stretch to not at least recognize rotten luck has been a big factor in the equation. Why do you think the Star even chose to write an article about it if they did not feel the same way.

You are totally right. Bad luck had absolutely nothing to do with any of these bewildering string of losses. We just played teams with far better coaches, QBs, and Defenses. Why we were favored in so many I have no idea. Apparently Vegas did not have your insight. Give me a break.
