Anyone heard how Griese's shoulder responded today at practice? My other option is not terribly attractive, so I'm hoping he will return this week. Thanks in advance!

I picked up the Ferret in a league so I have been following this to some degree.
Greasy is still ??, they have not made a decision yet. |

Yesterday he took about 40% of the snaps in practice, is what I saw. If there was no seriuos inflammation or additional pain today he was to get more reps. Then repeat on Friday for full go at practice, start on Sunday.
But I have not heard if he passed step 2 the day after his first practice back. Pains me to rely on a Donkey, but let's face it. From a fantasy owner's prespective, I was pretty damn stoked with the first 3 weeks from Griese! I WILL NOT pickup Frerotte, even when he is still available, there are better options in a pinch still out there for me. Sadly, I'm lookin at Aikman again this week. Normally, I'd be AOK with this against Carolina. Probably fall behind, air it out playing catchup bodes well for me. BUT, if they fall too far behind, they may look to Cunningham to spark a big rally, and then I AM SCREWED!!! ------------------ [b]ct Give TRich the Ball!!!</B> |

Sounds like he's going to start ... I have him as well, but Grbac is my backup and he's been all right.
I hope they're not pushing him to start. Damn, you'd think Gus would be good enough to beat a 0-4 team at home. Ah well... Would you guys start Gonzo or Slymo this week? |

I think Slymo will have more trouble then Gonzo. Seattle has some decent DB's.

Gonzo, definitely!! I fully expect now that SlyMo had his breakout game, which loosened up the middle for Gonzo to have his breakout game, which hopefully will loosen up the LOS for TRich to have a breakout game.
