How did Cassel get a concussion?
Im still confused how Cassel got a concussion, first off nobody even touched his head on the hit, and then he tried to get up and he holds his shoulder

I would say that gif proves the concussion is legit, that tiny portion that was giffed up happened so fast in real time it looked like their heads didn't even touch.

My main question was "how do you get a concussion when your head doesn't touch anything?"

Seeing that GIF, I'm much more convinced he was actually knocked the **** out. He got popped pretty good when his head was already being sent that direction from the initial contact. I was unsure before, but now I think it was a legit concussion...

I don't think it was so much his head hitting the Raven's helmet. His jaw gets rocked by his shoulderpad. That blow would've knocked most normal people silly.

Nah, concussion is caused by the brain hitting the skull. Think about where his brain was when he first got hit then the ensuing crack it took on the second hit. That is what caused it.

His head did hit the ground. It hits the ground after the Ravens camera follows Charles away from the pile.

However, it also hits the ground AFTER he's knocked out.

I'd say this is probably what happened. Referring to boxing again, many knockouts aren't the actual punch landing hard to the chin, but catching the tip of the chin and snapping the head will knock someone out just as quickly
