Our own coaching staff neuters those guys at times. If the play calling stays similar to the last couple of weeks, you're probably right.

Uh, didn't they show up against the Raiders?

Didn't they win 11 straight in 2015?

I get tired of watching the guy on the left pretend like he wouldn't cheat on his wife IMMEDIATELY to nail the host in the middle.
And tired of watching the Clay-like-pseudo-gender-queer on the right pretend like he's somewhat neutral while acting like an abused wife while talking about the Chiefs.
And tired of Milk-toast-NFL-player willing to play nice to keep his kush NFLN job while half-assed reporting makes him sick on the inside.

Man, Chris Jones dominated Kelechi Osemele yesterday. I mean he abused him sometimes. Embarrassed him.

That guy can be a truly dominant force in this league if he wants it every week. If he comes into each game focused and energetic, I think he can be a game wrecker week in and week out.

Shades of 2012-2015. Houston and Hali crashing the edges, Bailey collapsing the front of the pocket.

This is the Chiefs recipe to success going forward, along with continued competent CB play. Get 50, 91, 95, and 97 all going after the quarterback. Not in coverage, not on the sideline. Let those four create havoc.

I buy his injury status.

I mean it. When he's on HE'S ****ING ON.

Houston = 20 million = we'll see.

You lie about $20 players.

And apparently Ford, for reasons unknown...

It's a playoff game. It's nice that the CHIEFS have a three game home stand before Christmas. They will beat the Chargers. GO CHIEFS.

Jones' play against Marshall Newhouse when Justin rushed inside and Jones outside was just insane. I started thinking CJ could even play as a 4-3 DE.

Thankfully, the Chiefs seem to have rivers' number. The dime defense seems to really frustrate rivers. But this is probably the most talented supporting cast rivers has had in years. But I'm more concerned about our offense. Joey bosa is elite and their defensive line is going to give us fits. More importantly, gus Bradley runs circles around the last 2 D coordinators we've faced. Maybe Nagy has figured out how to make our offense work, as we went back to some of the gadgetry we were doing early in the season. The game can go one of two ways, our defense stifles rivers again and we play game management ball on offense. Or our defense gets beat a little and Smith has to figure out how to carve Bradley's defense that includes an excellent pass rush.

I don't know how we will do because rivers against us is so erratic. And Im not quite sure if our offense is reformed or just carved two bad defenses, or if our defensive turnaround was a 1-time thing. This is the game where we'll learn a ton about where we actually are.

Agree 100%. Pass rush wasn't that good since the Eagles in week 2.

I want Veach to look for another Chris Jones type DL in the draft. I wouldn't mind that being our first pick. Stack the pass rush like all the other good teams.

He just shoved Osemele aside on the play where he hit Carr's arm to force the INT. He also blew right by him on that 3rd-and-short run play that he blew up in the backfield.

Like someone said, the Chargers dominate the line of scrimmage and we don't. However, the Chiefs have won a lot of games in recent years in which they were at a disadvantage there. Being a meaningful primetime game in arrowhead in December, I think the Chiefs get it done.
