Fantasy Football Chiefs D or Falcons D?

In a yardage league (points for yards given up)...could the Chiefs be a decent sleeper defense play today with Russel at QB? Or should I bank on another Delhomme from the Panthers against Atlanta at the Georgia Dome?

It is hard to say, our weakness at covering TE, and Russel's ability to only hit his TE could be a bad combo.

Yeah I hate to take the homer DEF...but right now I'm spot starting ATL in all three of my $$$ leagues and one of them is a defense heavy league and I hate to see Carolina wake up, thus tanking my fantasy week.

that's what I'm afraid of...but I'm praying for one more Delhomme and ATL DEF is actually decent this year.

I didn't.

They are on the waivers...I play matchups every week...I never draft a defense until the final round.

Chiefs or Falcons DEF have to be on waivers...I'd drop one or the other...defenses are a dime a dozen IMO.

Nope. They aren't.

It's also 5 dollars a transaction. I'm not a big fan of dropping a potentially really good unit to play a matchup.

It's a 14-team league so every team pretty much has 2 defenses.
