Off Season Lets Talk Guns
Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.


Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon?



Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware?

That Kel-Tec would be the shit for jump shooting Snow Geese. 20 seconds to unload it on a flock. 4 hours chasing cripples around. :-)

Yeah, there were a lot of large bullets flying yesterday. With two S&W 500's being shot, I doubt there was a bear within 5 miles.

Shot one of those a few weeks ago. This one had a laser, thing was awesome. I think they are in the $400's.

that's better than the under 800 range, when I first heard for them. It didn't feel "too plasticy" or light for a shotgun?

BTW - don't know if I told you or not, but I took my newest toy to the range at work and we put about 50 rounds through it, let a couple buddies try it out too. Nah, for the price it's worth it. Anything higher and you'd get ripped off, IMO. The only real awesome thing about it is its folding ability. It takes glock 22-23 magazines i think. I guess that's a cool feature too. For its purpose, Give me a tac shotgun over it anyday.

The m&p 40 I got with that cash is awesome. Did I tell you I got hired and started last week at a department? It has 95 officers total with 69 patrolmen. I was the only hire out of four with a pistol.
