Bomb Exploded at Boston Marathon Finish Line
I've heard an unconfirmed report (a co-worker's girlfriend called him) that there was a bomb at the finish line of the Boston Marathon, with people injured. I am hearing multiple sirens, though I'm not in the Copley area.

Cordon and search for the area where the incidents took place ended about 5 hours or so ago. They told everyone who was staying inside it was okay to come out. Guy comes out and finds blood on his boat 1 block outside the cordon area. Looks inside and sees suspect, calls police. Police come out and surround him, some shots exchanged. After a standoff he surrendered about 1.5 hours ago. He is at the hospital in serious condition.
