I think I'm going to switch to Paleo once I hit my goal weight, but I won't ever eat refined sugar/bread/pasta/etc.

Good for you. I don't see the purpose in having cheat days. Cheat days tells me it's a diet. If you're making a lifestyle change, what's the point in having cheat days? Do people who quit smoking have cheat days when they smoke? You do what you feel is right for you. I'm proud of your accomplishments, and I applaud your resolve.

March will test my mettle. This is the month that I will transition into dietary maintenance and no longer pursue measurable weight loss. Sounds like a daunting balancing act.

Not a good month, but not surprising. Three family birthday parties, multiple client lunches/dinners and some not so great choices lead to a one pound gain this month.

My wife has had some consulting work recently, so as soon as she gets paid, I'll be buying a bike and will start riding it to work whenever possible.

I'm at 180 & I don't know if I can get any lower. We'll see what happens, but my guess is that my lifting will cause me to gain about 5 lbs by the end of the year.

You may want to get lower, you expect your chicks to be at 80, so as of now you have 100 lbs on them.
