Of course not. At first I didn't see the flatbed early in the video. It didn't seem like she had a good opportunity to move over. When she might have the dude did pass her quickly. There is a lot of missing information of what might have or might not have happened before she started recording.
Either way we can all tell by the reactions in this thread as well as the video that it is an issue that people have to deal with every day and are frustrated over having to deal with other people and their stupidity.

Thinking that a person is going to hold the lane so someone else cannot speed is as ridiculous as the behavior shown in the video.

The guy was accelerating in preparation to pass her before she ever safely cleared the flatbed truck. She would have gotten over and he would have run right square into her.

It's MUCH safer to maintain your lane and let the rager pass on the right.

No no no, they will not learn their lesson that way. You tailgate them, make them uncomfortable, flash your lights, honk your horn, weave left and right a bit. After that you can pass them, but make sure you cut them off and flip them the bird.
