Keeping with the "if it only applies locally" theme, what if a city or a State, as a whole, votes to ban abortions - just in their voting area?

In b4, "that's not the same thing"....

Those who would give away with ease what was earned with great sacrifice are the weakest link in the chain.

Technically... our ancestors came to America as immigrants and killed a bunch of natives and took over so we could vote for our own benefit. So it's almost a less violent version of how this country was founded...

If they'd come at us face-to-face in their takeover quest like our ancestors I could certainly respect that.

It's the reason why you can run a legal brothel in Nevada but not in California. It's why you can walk into a pot shop in California and buy a joint but you can't do the same in Utah.

If I was a puritan, I would have no standing to argue that Nevada should not be able to have legalized prostitution, for the simple reason that I don't live there. (Obviously, if they were violating someone's constitutional rights, that would be a different story).

At the end of the day, I, as a non-resident of San Francisco, have no interest in how they elect their school board, unless, of course, they violate someone's constitutional rights. I'm entitled to my opinion, but I have no legal interest that has been violated by that particular school board election system. Unless you live there, neither do you.

Back in the 70's and 80's....voter registration forms didn't require you to put down a year of birth. Shit...some of them didn't require a ****ing DOB. So when those voters got inputted into the system...their DOB was inputted as 01/01/1900. If that person never registers again....that DOB is left. They're slowly getting weeded out of our system as they re-register or die.

How is MS-13 non violent?

As for the others, it may not be violent now, but once they are a majority and gain power in govt it could be. It's more likely we'd devolve, based on the policies they prefer to vote for, into a Third World Jungle. Look at Antifa for one group that prefers the same policies. Take one look at Central America— Nicaragua and Honduras. On the other hand Costa Rica is in better shape but I don't see many of them entering.

BTW not all our original dealings with the Native Americans were violent. Even original settlers exchanged with them for land.

What we have going on today, is our very own leaders are engineering this wave for their own nefarious purposes—selling us out because this is actually easy to stop if there is a will for it.

Damn, I hope that's just a California thing. Outside of lack of voter ID, California could of at some point had 2 yr. olds voting also?

I don't know how many times I have said that I'm glad my grandparents are not alive to see what we have done to this country they fought, struggled, and sacrificed to build.
