You're right, the #31 pick never amounts to anything.... except:
2001: Todd Heap, TE Baltimore

One thing I will say: If you're going to **** up a draft pick, better to **** up #31 than a top ten pick, like we did with Ryan Sims, Glenn Dorsey and Tyson Jackson.
