How do I slow things down?
Concise Scenario: New gf of 2.5 months. The first couple weeks, we went at it like animals. Naturally, we had sex every time we got the chance. Every other relationship of mine has started as such and tapered down to 2-3X per week. However, we are still going steady at ~5. It's much better than too little sex, but holy hell. She initiates it more frequently than I, and I have found that she will start things if I don't. Frankly, 5X per week for 2.5 months is tiring, and she hasn't shown any signs of slowing up. She sleeps at my apartment almost every night because her roommate is really loud and bitchy, so I can't really tell her not to come over without feeling like an inconsiderate prick.

My question: how do I initiate the conversation without biting the hand that overfeeds me?

I was 22, a rookie cop in Derby Ks and hooked up with a chick that was a nymphomaniac. I never thought that a chick could wear me out, but found that it was a problem for the type of job I had. Seriously, 5 times a week is not a problem, it's normal when you are young. But 15 - 20 times a week was because I had to have my rest in order to be sharp on the night shift. Losing rest because of sex is a problem every man wants to have until they have lived it. If you are losing rest due to this, I can relate.

I literally had to break it off with this girl because of this. Most women are so emotional and the first thing they think of is either you don't love them, want to be with them or there is somebody else.

As you get older, it will slow down, you will find yourself on he other end of extreme sides. But if she is not the type to marry and not worth keeping, break it off. If she is a keeper ( 5 times a week is a keeper ) you man up and work through it.

Wait until you get old with a dying wife, it goes from 10 times a year to 1 or none. It sucks, but sex isn't everything in a marriage when you have loved someone so long.


To all of you young bucks out there :
When you find someone you like, while dating and the first 2 years of marriage, get yourself a gallon jar. Now every time you have sex during this time period, put a coin,doesn't matter what coin into the jar. At the end of the 2nd year of marriage, count the coins and mark it down. Then each time you have sex after that 2nd year, take a coin out. You will be amazed how long it takes to get all the coins out of that jar, if in fact you do get them all out.
