If if wasn't for Manning, Clady wouldn't have got anything close to that deal. He's regressed since he got into the league.
In 2008, he allowed 0.5 sacks. 2009, 8 sacks. 2010, 7.5 sacks 2011, 9 sacks. And finally 1 sack last year with Manning.
