Just curious to see who uses or has used these types of products and what your experiences were.

Did you have a specific reason for using them?

Did they work?

Did you experience any side effects?

Dude, I know people out here that get that per day.

Private sessions are hella expensive.

Yeah I went through a private trainer through Lifetime Fitness for a month and a half. If I remember correctly it cost me in the ballpark of $1500. Was it worth it? To a degree yes. Just like my fiance doing slim 4 life, you pay crazy ass amounts of money for the information, that's all. There is a small bit of pushing, but when your session is done, they jet to the next guy who paid the same for his 1 hour session. If you know a friend who got private training then ask to accompany them to the gym so you can see their routine and spot them if needed. I'm very happy knowing what to do at all times at the gym, proper form, my limits, the machines I can push and the exercises I have to watch what I do very carefully, but all in all unless you're training for an event or you want to change your entire persona from overweight to fit, then a PT is too much money.

Personally I've never tried Steroids or HGH. Just Protein Shake, Egg White mixed in, Fish Oil, Multivitamin, and the occasional Creatine mixed in the shake as well.

Well, people in general are vain with or without media, hence why soap, hair gel, nice clothes etc...sell at the stores.

Again, the myth that gay dudes don't like straight dudes is just that. Trust me. I've been in this industry long enough to know that's completely false.

Our gym has a large gay community. My wife's line of work also means she has a large gay clientele. I get hit on constantly, but it doesn't bother me in the least. They're usually really overt and over the top about it, and we all think it's pretty funny.

There was one creepy dude at the gym one time that made me uncomfortable enough that I got into a stare down with him, shook my head, and walked to a different part of the gym. I was doing pullups, and he was just sitting on the bench for the bench press watching me. His head was like going up and down (vertical tennis style) watching me as I did pullups. I could see him in the mirror, and it was really uncomfortable.

Did a couple cycles just out of high school. Sostenon. Added a lot of muscle, and made me feel like a ****ing superhero. I did it because I was young and shallow and wanted every edge I could get to screw girls.

Twenty years later and no regrets. Still carry a lot if that muscle today. I miss the fast recovery most.

Did the injections hurt a lot? I've heard that Sustenon causes some pretty severe soreness at the injection site.

**** yes. What I used was preloaded syringes, individually packaged. The needles were ****ing huge. Buried in the side of my thigh.

Had friends that transferred it to smaller needles, but I never did.
