ANyone else still want to TANK the season for a better draft pick?

Say the words, and join my ignore list:

"we should tank this season for a better draft pick"

*************************
Let this thread stand as a testimony to traitors
and cowards who, at a time of peril , chose to
abandon the fight and wish upon our great, and
holy Chiefs, to lose games and give up the fight.

By shunning them and making their words vanish
from the computer screen, we say unto them:

WE WILL WIN

We have not given up the will to fight. We are not
sackless, gutless weasels who run crying home to
mama to suck on her stretched out floppy teet
when times get rough.

We shun you, and your words are now gone from
our lives, never to waste our time or energy again.
We acknowledge that your only purpose is to troll,
and cause disharmony, and therefore the best way
to deal with you is to banish you from the pages of
history.

Oh, I don't know...I kinda like it when it gets all wadded up with some butt hairs right at the top of the crack and I've got to really work at it to get that malicious ball of brown and white and fuzz outta there as it's really starting to yank the ass hairs out when I sit down and stand up.

I feel productive and accomplished with it's removal. I also go through a brief period of post-partum as well. It was really an extension of me and my week of pooping.

That's got to mean something, right?

It's going to take a catacylsmically shitty schedule again to get this team to 9-7 with Cassel at QB and Crennel as HC.

This team as it's built is going to perpetually be 6-10/7-9 and in good/great years 8-8/9-7.

I love to hate you. And at times like this, I hate to love you. But I'm with you 100% on this. The thought that so-called "fans" wish their team to tank games, NO MATTER THE REASON, makes me ****ing sick to my stomach.

I didn't hope to tank last season, I don't hope to tank now. But I sure as **** NOW wish we had tanked LAST YEAR.

No one is this stupid. Not even you.

Everyone except you is rooting for the end of the Cassel era, nothing more, nothing less. The differences come from what they estimate that end will cost.

Is your name Emmett Brown? Do you have a flux capacitor? Just because YOU think we will go 9-7 doesn't mean it will happen. We could go 1-15 or 14-2 or 10-6 or whatever. That's why the games are played. ANY GIVEN SUNDAY man. This teams showing in the second half, especially the piss poor defense, reignited some faith for me. Give them a break JFC. Hopefully that fire that lit under their asses today spreads like wildfire in Arrowhead the next two weeks.

Do you see a 14-2 team when you watch the Chiefs? Seriously?

It's hard to be enthusiastic about a win like this given the pattern that's been established. Winning just enough to fall out of position to pick a potential franchise quarterback. Or winning just enough to make the playoffs and get destroyed. Letting one of the worst 4-year starting QBs in history return because we looked just adequate enough to give him a second chance. It's a vicious cycle, and unless this team either goes 14-2 and wins the SB without a QB or goes 1-15 and takes a real one, it ain't gonna break.

That sounds like you are hoping we lose out the rest of the games. Or at least that it would be your preference....Fair statement?
