1. Releford is so damn smooth in transition.

2. Withey is looking a lot more comfortable and DECISIVE on the block. That is very encouraging.

3. I'm curious, not trying to start a fight, but... What are you guys expecting out of Kevin Young that you hate seeing him on the floor so much? He works well with Withey and he's way ahead of any of the freshmen defensively. He rebounds the ball and hustles. He's not a great scorer, but he's not terrible playing a two man game in the post. I just don't get the dislike.

Young has amazingly poor touch around the rim for a senior. You really can't rely on him for any offense at all. If he keeps rebounding like this and limits his mistakes, he'll fit his role fine. I wish Perry Ellis would take some of his minutes away, though.

Right and I agree. I was just wondering if folks didn't like Young because he's not a scorer. It's just not who he is. I'll take defense and rebounding over offense from that spot on the floor given what else is out there.

Although in this game defense is quite lacking no matter what. I think a lot of credit should go to OSU coaches, they came up with a pretty good game plan offensively and their players are executing pretty well.
