Im still confused how Cassel got a concussion, first off nobody even touched his head on the hit, and then he tried to get up and he holds his shoulder

did he get hit before this play? I guess its possible that he gets a mild concussion before this play, and that little hit just finished him off

he looks around to all the offensive players and yells omaha to both sides like he's checking off.

i dunno ... it LOOKS like a check

It looks like a check because he's changing the snap count.

"Omaha" is similar to "on 3".
