I cannot find any news as to why Geno Smith III doesn't go by Geno Smith III.

His father was Eugene "Geno" Smith, Jr. but wasn't a part of his life according to Wiki (so I assume this is why he doesn't care that he's a third generation Geno Smith)...but you'd think they would have done a story on this while he was at West Virginia considering all of the hype RGIII got?

Either way...I'm calling him GSIII until he makes me stop.

Totally agree. I'm not 100% sure his father isn't a part of his life now I just gathered all of these assumptions reading his Wikipedia page.
