Face it. The team was 3-5 when he started and was outscored by 103 points in those games.

Without him, you were 3-2 and plus 16.
Hes escaping ability to throw with his legs. He typically chose not to run.

At least you don't have to worry about your annual ass-stomping by Missouri any more.

Steele Jantz will be more consistent this year, on top of us focusing on the running game more which will keep us in any and every game this year. We will have one of the better running games and defenses in the Big12.

Getting Missouri off of their schedule was the best thing that could happen for them.

What makes you think he's worth a shit? He sucked. Then he got hurt. Then he came back for the bowl game and shit all over the field.

What's the bet? They will be favored to win against Western Illinois, Texas Tech, and that might be it. Tulsa, Iowa, and Kansas are are all toss-ups. If they run the table there, that still only gets them to five wins. They are more likely to be 3-2 in those games than 5-0. Where else are they going to win?

They are home underdogs against an unranked Conference USA team in the opener for crying out loud.

Vegas hates Iowa State. Tulsa really isn't awful either. Toughest first game under CPR. They have been bowling like 7 of the last nine years. They might not be like Boisie or TCU, but they aren't exactly the bottom feeders of a shit conference.
