Very few non-bronco fans can tolerate him. he creates inane threads that are homeristic in nature (his avatar is very apropos), and nobody loves him (not even his own mother)

I have a couple problems with this:

It seems that after he lost the bet, you offered a replacement "punishment" in the form of the sig, which he accepted. After that, you offered to replace the sig with behavior modification on his part. It seems that he has decided to decline your second offer. I see no reason that declining your second offer would eliminate your first offer (which he is still following). If you demanded that he be banned at this point, it would be you that would be reneging on the terms of your original offer.

Do you think that any comparison involving a deceased player should not be allowed?

It has very little to with his Von Miller stuff and more to do with his history of disrespecting a deceased HOFer on a Chiefs board after being allowed to stay.

He doesn't have to take my offer, but then I do own his sig rights.

Matter of fact, it might be time for a new one...anybody have any requests?

Wait until I watch the preseason. Wanna see how Von Miller looks. If Tebow starts. How the OL looks.... I have no idea what to expect from Denver this year. I'm not really concerned with the Chiefs at all, this is still the Chargers division title to lose.
