Im still confused how Cassel got a concussion, first off nobody even touched his head on the hit, and then he tried to get up and he holds his shoulder

Well darn, he wasn't hit hard enough that he had to be carted off the field. Or driven immediately to the hospital. And what a bummer, he can still use his extremities and appears to have all his faculties about him. Damn him.

Guys, it is pretty obvious that Cassel had played concussed for the last four years. The gentle breeze at Arrowhead was the straw that broke the camel's back.
