Voting location matter of public records?

Hey there, first-time poster, long time lurker, yadda yadda yadda.

I'm posting because I came home this evening to find a message on my answering machine from 'Amy', who claimed to be a representative for America Coming Together. She reminded me to vote, then reminded me to vote and such-and-such address. The only problem is that it wasn't the address that the County Elections Office gave me. I got to thinking about why ACT would tell me to vote in the wrong location, thinking that maybe they had the wrong number (she never mentioned anyone's name except her own). Then I wondered, even if she had gotten through to the correct person, how would she know where that person is supposed to vote? Are voting locations a matter of public record?

Yes. Street address and voting precinct are public record.
