Have training camp...

Practice every single day...

Only evaluate what is done in scrimmages or pre season games.

You have have basically conveyed that training camp and practice do not matter at all becuase you actully think Scanlon has not been given a chance.

If Scanlon has not been given a chance then how did Jarod Allen see the field. It seems as though both of those players were given chances. One made the best of it and one did not.
