I'm assuming by "scanned" picture you mean a jpeg or gif or something on your hard drive.

If that is the case you'll need to upload it to the web somewhere and then use the IMG tags in your sig.

Great lack of focus I only change it once or twice a year and I guess it's just never been so important that I committed the process to memory.
