Mike Prisuta, of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, reports the Pittsburgh Steelers entertained free agent LB Monty Beisel (Chiefs) Wednesday, March 30. The Steelers are looking at him as a potential option as a backup at inside linebacker.

True. I'd rather see Beisel on the bottom of our 3 deep than either Mitchell or Scanlon, though.
